What you actually get
The Weekly Health Letter is a short, plain-language email โ not a sales funnel. Each issue carries the same three things: one practical movement or exercise you can do this week (with a note on who should skip it), one everyday wellness habit worth trying, and one honest profile of a herb, food or remedy โ what the evidence supports, what it does not, and where the safety lines sit.
It is written to be read in about three minutes on a phone. There are no sponsored posts, no โmiracleโ claims and no product pitches, because this library exists to be useful rather than to sell something. Where a topic deserves more depth, the issue links straight to the full referenced article on the site.
How often, and how we treat your email
The letter goes out once a week. We keep the address you enter for one purpose only โ sending the letter โ and we do not sell, rent or share it with advertisers or data brokers. Every issue includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes the address from the list. You can also write to us and ask us to delete it.
Questions people ask before signing up
Is it really free? Yes โ the email and everything it links to on this site are free. No card, no trial, no upgrade.
Will I get marketing email too? No. The newsletter list is used only for the letter itself.
Can I unsubscribe easily? Yes โ one click in any issue, and there is nothing else to cancel.
Is the content medical advice? No. It is health education. For anything about your own condition, medication or an exercise programme, speak to a qualified professional first.
