About PureHealthness
PureHealthness brings five specialised libraries together under one roof: evidence-based fitness, pregnancy & maternal wellness, an herbal medicine compendium, homeopathic materia medica and plain-language health literacy.
Our editorial standards
- Author credentials โ every article names its author and role.
- Editorial review โ health articles are written and checked by our editorial team, with a clear "last reviewed" date.
- Transparent sourcing โ evidence notes reference peer-reviewed research and clinical guidelines where they exist.
- Honesty about uncertainty โ where evidence is weak (as with much of homeopathy), we say so plainly.
- Safety before popularity โ contraindications and warnings are never hidden.
How we source and review
Every guide is written in plain language from reputable, publicly available sources. Where a claim is clinical, we lean on the organisations that set the standards: the World Health Organization (WHO) for feeding, dehydration and public-health guidance, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and National Institutes of Health (NIH) for disease and prevention facts, and peer-reviewed journals for drug and supplement evidence. Herbal and homeopathic profiles are drawn from standard materia-medica references, with their limits stated honestly.
Articles carry a "last reviewed" date so you can see how current the information is. We re-check content as guidelines change, and we correct errors promptly when readers point them out.
Corrections policy
If you spot a factual error, tell us through the contact page. We verify it, fix the article, and update its review date โ we would rather be accurate than appear never to make mistakes. Honest, corrected content is more trustworthy than content that never admits an error.
